至 elysium0820 : Depends on the age group. From the late 1940s until the late 1970s roughly 85 to 90% of Aussie men were 'cut'. The practice, fortunately, began to die out, so that by the 1980s less than 50% of Aussie men were 'cut. Today, only 12 to 15% are 'cut'.
