至 hulker2003 : To all the people arguing about the suicide rate of trans people, most attempts are before age 21. Pre-transition sucks, especially puberty. I attempted at 13 myself, but came out at 18, on hormones and full time at 19, surgery in 2006, and thats me and my hubby there in 2007. My parents would never have accepted me coming out at 13, times were different. That was as early as i could back then.

至 hulker2003 : 50% suicide rate? Where you get that statistic., I'm not like this but I'll say how it feels, So your a man. one day you wake up, look down and you have a vagina. You wouldn't like that would you? Vise versa, it wouldn't feel right. It'll fuck with your head. Now imagine you have a chance to get your dick back, you'd take it, no? But wait. you say that "reverses nature" right? so your stuck with a vagina. If it was you that felt such way about yourself youd not think that, It isn't just the typical "oh I feel self conscious cause I'm fat" type of body dysphoria, it's something alot bigger,, 90% of post op have not regretted there decision, and are alot happier with themselves, if you 100% understand wanting to feel normal, why care what a stranger does to there body? You need atleast 150 hours of therapy to even get a recommended for a sex change, so if it was a mental disorder, it simply wouldn't ever happen
